These Terms and Conditions apply to all online courses, digital trainings and educational content (“Courses”) provided by Jo Tompkins (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing and accessing any of our Courses, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Courses

Our Courses are delivered digitally and may include video training, written materials, worksheets, downloads and other online resources.

All Courses are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Payment and Access

All prices are listed in GBP or USD (depending on the product in question). The currency is specified at checkout. You can't choose currency.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Access to the Course is granted immediately upon successful payment.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident that our Courses provide valuable learning and practical insight.

However, if within 14 days of purchase you feel that you did not gain value from the Course, you may request a refund provided that:

You have watched or completed the Course content in full (or to a reasonable extent), and

You genuinely feel that the Course did not meet your expectations.

To request a refund, you must email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, including your name, the Course purchased, and a brief explanation.

If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, all purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind

Lack of time to complete the Course

Partial completion

Failure to engage with the materials

This is due to the immediate access granted to digital content.

5. Intellectual Property

All Course materials are the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and are protected by copyright law.

You may not:

Share, copy, distribute, sell or reproduce the content

Upload content to any public or private platform

Grant access to any third party

Unauthorised use may result in access being revoked without refund.

6. Results Disclaimer

All Courses are provided for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes or earnings.
Any examples shared are illustrative and not promises of success.

Your results depend on your own actions, effort and circumstances.

7. Access and Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to our Courses, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to technical issues, updates or maintenance.

We reserve the right to update or modify Course content at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or indirect consequences arising from the use of our Courses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

By purchasing the Standard Funnel Build & Premium Funnel Build you agree to the following terms:

What’s Included

You are purchasing a one-time done-for-you funnel service (Standard or Premium) as outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase. The inclusions vary depending on the package selected, and no additional services or revisions are included outside of what’s stated.

Booking & Delivery

You will be contacted after purchase to schedule your strategy session (Premium) or confirm your funnel build week (Standard or Premium). Builds are completed during your agreed build week, typically delivered within 2–5 working days.
Your build must be scheduled and completed within 12 weeks of purchase unless confirmed with Jo.What You’ll Need to Provide

You will be required to provide any copy, product access, brand assets, and materials requested (especially for Standard builds). If delays in providing materials occur, your build week may be postponed or rescheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your strategy session (Premium) with at least 24 hours’ notice. Builds may be rescheduled once, if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled build week. Missed sessions or failure to provide required assets may result in the forfeiture of your booked slot.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready to move forward before purchasing.

Copyright & Usage

All assets created for you are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute them outside of your business. Templates and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Joanna Tompkins and may not be resold or repurposed.

Disclaimer

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality strategy and funnel builds, no specific financial or business results are guaranteed. Success depends on many factors including your product, pricing, audience, and follow-through.

Due to the instant-access nature of the materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By Purchasing Uncapped: The Mentorship you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

By joining the program, you are committing to complete the full payment whether you choose to pay in full or via the payment plan. The payment plan is a convenience, not a subscription, and cannot be cancelled once enrolled. Amounts payable are as per the checkout page.

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and valid.

If payment is not successfully made within 14 days, a £25 late payment administration fee will be applied.

Access to Uncapped: The Mentorship (including the Kajabi community and portal) will be paused immediately upon a failed payment and will only be reinstated once the account is brought up to date.

If payment remains outstanding, Joanna Tompkins Ltd reserves the right to take action to recover the debt through appropriate means.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of this program, all sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations will be issued once you have joined. This policy is in line with UK Consumer Law exemptions for digital goods and ensures fairness to all participants.

3. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” means you’ll have access to the program materials, trainings, and replays for as long as Uncapped: The Mentorship is running.

Now, truth be told, I probably won’t still be coaching in 50 years (I’ll be somewhere sunny with a cocktail by then!) — but my commitment to you is that you’ll always have a minimum of 18 months of mentorship (or for as long as I run Uncapped: The Mentorship) and lifetime access to the trainings and replays that come with your enrolment.

In short — no disappearing content, no unexpected cut-offs. You’ll have plenty of time and support to go through everything at your own pace.

4. Mentorship & Access

The level of access to mentorship (such as DM support, group SteerCo meetings, and bonus sessions) depends on your enrolment tier and bonuses offered at purchase.
Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

5. Conduct & Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. Any content, discussions, or materials shared within the group, Kajabi community, or calls must not be copied, distributed, or repurposed outside the program.
Negative, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without refund.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

While this program teaches proven strategies for creating and growing a digital product business, results will vary depending on your personal effort, experience, and implementation.
There are no guarantees of specific income levels or outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All program content, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and resources remain the property of Joanna Tompkins Ltd.
You may use any templates or resources as intended for your own business, including to build or customise your own landing pages.
They may not be shared, resold, gifted, or repackaged under any circumstances.

8. Legal & Contact

Terms & Conditions The Make Money Online Club

1. About the membership
The Make Money Online Club is a monthly membership operated by Jo Tompkins. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms in full. These terms apply to all members regardless of location.

2. What's included
Your membership gives you access to the following for each month that your subscription remains active:

— One monthly live Q&A call hosted inside the private Facebook community, where members can submit questions to be answered by Jo Tompkins.

— One monthly hot-seat audit session, during which two members are selected to have a piece of their work — such as a sales page or digital product — reviewed live by Jo Tompkins.

— Access to the private Facebook community, where members can ask questions and feedback, share progress and receive peer support.

Access to all inclusions is contingent on maintaining an active, paid subscription. Jo Tompkins reserves the right to adjust, substitute or update the inclusions from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to existing members where possible.

3. Pricing & billing
Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing date is set at the time of your first payment and recurs on the same date each month.

Founding members who joined at the promotional rate of $10/month will retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If a founding member cancels and later rejoins, the standard rate at that time will apply.

Jo Tompkins reserves the right to change the membership price for new members at any time. Existing members will be given a minimum of 30 days' notice before any price change affects their subscription.

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Your card provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is held in a different currency — this is outside of our control.

4. No refund policy
All membership payments are non-refundable. This applies to the current billing period at the time of cancellation and to all prior payments made.

If you cancel part-way through a billing period, you will retain access to the membership until the end of that period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

In the event of a failed payment, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellation
There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time.

To cancel, log in to your customer account via the link provided in any of your payment receipts and select "Manage Your Subscription." From there you can cancel in a few clicks.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

6. Intellectual property
All content shared by Jo Tompkins within the membership — including but not limited to live calls, audits, strategies, and written content — remains the intellectual property of Jo Tompkins. Members may not record, reproduce, share or distribute any content from the membership without prior written permission.

7. Community conduct
Members are expected to treat all other members and Jo Tompkins with respect. Spam, harassment, hate speech, or any behaviour deemed harmful or disruptive to the community will not be tolerated.

Jo Tompkins reserves the right to remove any member from the community and terminate their membership without refund if these standards are not upheld.

8. Results disclaimer
The Make Money Online Club provides education, support and community. Results will vary between members and are not guaranteed. Any income figures or outcomes referenced by Jo Tompkins or other members are individual results and are not intended to represent or guarantee the same results for you. Your results will depend on your effort, experience, and a number of other individual factors outside of our control.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jo Tompkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the membership. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to any claim.

10. Changes to these terms
Jo Tompkins reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where changes are material, members will be notified with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Continued use of the membership after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
